Privacy Policy — Astro Drift: Neon Arcade

Effective date: October 1, 2026

Astro Drift: Neon Arcade ("the app") is a single-player arcade game for Android published by Calumma Games GmbH, Friedrichstr. 79, 10117 Berlin, Germany ("we", "us"). Calumma Games GmbH is the controller responsible for the app within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In short: the app does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal data.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information. The app has no user accounts, advertising, analytics, crash reporting, in-app purchases or third-party SDKs. It does not request any Android permissions and does not connect to the internet.

2. Data stored on your device

To make the game work, the app keeps the following information only on your device:

- high score tables (the three-letter initials you enter, your score and the wave reached);

- the last initials you entered;

- the sound on/off setting.

The app never sends this information anywhere, and we have no access to it. You can delete it at any time by clearing the app's data (Settings → Apps → Astro Drift → Storage → Clear data) or by uninstalling the app.

3. Android backup

If backup is turned on in your device settings, Android may include the app's settings and high scores in your device backup, which Google stores in your Google account. This backup is handled by Android and Google under Google's Privacy Policy; we do not receive or have access to it. You can turn backup off in your device settings.

4. Children

The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

5. Your rights

Because the app does not collect or process personal data, we do not hold any personal data about you. You can contact us at any time with questions about data protection. Under the GDPR you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
