CHS Student Council Application 

2024 CHS Student Council Application

Thank you for your interest in applying for CHS's 2023 - 2024 Student Council.  Follow the steps listed below, and make sure you complete ALL steps of the application process. Everything for the application is due by Friday, February 16th at 11:59 pm. The student council application form will close, and I will no longer accept applications past this deadline. Incomplete or incorrect submissions will not be considered. Also, please understand that the student council application process is very competitive and there are only a limited number of spots available.

1 - Read through and sign the Student Council Code of Conduct using this link. 

2 - Read through and sign the Student Council Contract using this link. 

3 - Download the Teacher Evaluation Form using this link You are required to send an email to 4 teachers asking if they would be willing to fill out an evaluation for you. Once they have responded to your first email, then send them the form linked above. Please make sure you give them plenty of time to fill out the evaluation. The evaluations are due on the same date as the application, Friday, February 16th at 11:59 pm. 

4 - Complete the Student Council Application using this link. This form, along with the other forms you complete, will act as your tally for Student Council class.  All sections must be completed for your application to count.  It may be to your benefit to preview this document before beginning, as this form cannot be saved without submitting the entire document.  It is recommended that you type your responses in a document, then copy them into the appropriate box, so you can save and edit as needed.  Please remember that there are some classes that overlap with Student Council, and that this may affect your ability to be in Student Council class.
