Step 1: Confirm the shipping address with the family.
Ops can still send a laptop to an address that doesn’t match what is in PowerSchool, but include a note in the email that the address is different and may need to be updated by the family.
Step 2: Identify which teacher is holding the test session—cc them on the email.
Step 3: Email: operations@caliva.org (and cc the teacher and whoever referred the student--if not the teacher) using the information in this template.
A Zoom Room staffed by our Instructional Coaching Team will be open school days, 9am – 11:45am and 12:45pm – 3:30pm, from April 27th – May 15th.
