To Order a Document Camera:
Go to the K12 Tech Help Desk: https://k12rit.com/
Click on the ‘Help Desk Ticket’ option in the center of the screen. Log in with your CAVA email if needed.
Choose ‘Need Something?’ from the options listed
Choose ‘All Other Requests’ from the options listed
Scroll down and fill out the ‘Requested For’ information (name, phone, school name, etc.)
Leave the ‘Is this related to a Project?’ field at ‘No’
Change the ‘Are you requesting help with something broken or not working?’ field to ‘No’
Change the ‘Are you returning items to Stride?’ field to ‘No’
Change the ‘Are you requesting new hardware or software?’ field to ‘Yes’
In the ‘Short Description’ field put ‘Document Camera’
Use the ‘Description’ field to explain that you are requesting a document camera for use during instructional activities. Make sure to include your shipping address in the Description field.
Chose the blue ‘Submit’ button on the right side when the form is complete.
Requests may require approval before being shipped out. Reach out to Trish Weber (trweber@caliva.org) if you have not had an update on the request within 5 working days.
