I am not making it mandatory for students to dress down. If you would like to dress down, you can, however I will not be giving you class time for this. You will need to change before your class time starts. You will also not be given time at the end of class to change. If you want to change back into your school clothes, that will happen after class.

PE will be an organized activity with the class led by Ms. Hommel. This time is not just shoot around time or lifting time. We will have a lesson plan that we will be following.

In order to meet the PE competencies, you have to show me that you have learned the content. In order to learn the content, you need to participate! Don't worry, PE is going to be a welcoming community where all skill levels are welcomed and encouraged to play! :)

To be completely honest, there is no such thing as a try hard in PE. It is super valuable to always do your best and give your best effort. This is valuable not only in PE, but in everything that you do!!!
