*Please make any checks payable to West Caldwell High School.

*Please pay any fees in full before the end of the 1st semester.

*Rented Concert Attire must be returned at the end of each semester.

Concert Attire

• All Women- Black Dress Rental is $25 for two semesters or $75 to own. One semester rental costs $15. Students will need to purchase closed toe Black dress shoes on their own.

• Concert Choir Men- Students will need to purchase a black long sleeve button up dress shirt, black dress pants, black socks/dress shoes on their own.

• Chamber Choir Men- Black jacket and Tie is provided. Students will need to purchase long sleeve black button up shirt, black dress pants, and black socks/dress shoes on their own.

These expenses may be broken into multiple payments if necessary.  Invoices will be sent home to parents as needed to review how much they owe on their child’s uniform.  Students who fail to pay for these uniforms will be placed on student debt and will be unable to receive report cards, go to prom, etc. Please communicate any financial hardship and I will work with you to make a payment plan that works for your family.
