About me
I have been a nurse since May of 2000. I graduated from Caldwell Community College with my Associates Degree in Nursing. I then went to work at Caldwell Memorial Hospital on the Pediatric/Medical Surgical Floor. While working at Caldwell Memorial Hospital I went back to school at Appalachian State University and got my Bachelor of Science in Nursing. While doing my clinical rotations through that program I was hired as a school nurse in 2009. In 2010, I went back to school at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and got my Master of Science in Nursing in Community Public Health Nursing and Nursing Education. I currently live in Granite Falls with my wonderful husband and we raised 6 beautiful kids together. I love my profession and would be happy to talk to you about all that nursing has to offer.
