Hello, I'm Darcy Lord-Evans! I was born and raised in Indiana, and hold a degree in Elementary Education from Cedarville University, in Cedarville, Ohio. My family and I moved to Lenoir, North Carolina in 2006 and love the beauty of the foothills and enjoy all things outdoors (except camping!). After raising three wonderful daughters, I pursued a master's degree in School Counseling  from Liberty University. My favorite thing about school counseling is working with students to help them identify their personal strengths and how to use them to overcome obstacles and meet their goals. I am thankful to call Caldwell County home and love serving the families of GFMS!
