Kushma Saud is the Lab Manager and Research Assistant for the C-STEM laboratories. Guided by a deep interest in cognitive science and computer science, she is passionate about connecting technology and human thought/behaviors together.

PRESIDENT OF CALDWELL ROBOTICS
Anish Pandey is a co-founder and president of Caldwell Robotics. Anish has been the driving force behind the annual Robotics Competition, the development of the MakerSpace, and the growth of Engineering presence at Caldwell University. Anish's interests span app development, robotics, 3D simulations, wind-turbine design improvements, and research in computer vision.

DIRECTOR OF THE SOCIAL MINDS LABORATORY
Dr. Lily Tsoi (pronounced like "choy") is the founder and director of the Social Minds laboratory and the C-STEM labs interdisciplinary center. She is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Caldwell University. Her research interests revolve around understanding social interactions: how people think about the minds of others during social interactions and their impact on social behaviors. Dr. Vlad Veksler is the founder and director of the CogAI laboratory and the C-STEM labs interdisciplinary center. He is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Caldwell University. His research and teaching focuses on all topics where there is interplay between humans and machines, including Artificial Intelligence, UI/UX and Human-Computer Interaction, Human-Agent Teamming, Cybernetics, Cognitive Modeling, Behavioral Simulations, Behavioral Game Theory, AI in Games, and Cognitive Robotics. DR. SUSHIL POUDEL

DIRECTOR OF THE CYGRAPH LABORATORY
Dr. Sushil Poudel is an Assistant Professor at Caldwell University in New Jersey, where he teaches core computer science courses, including Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), Design of Algorithms, and Principles of Programming Languages. He is actively engaged in research in various fields, with specific interests in automotive fraud detection, cybersecurity, epidemiology, bioinformatics, machine learning, data science, and graph mining.
