  Your Chromebook may not wake up or power on after it has been in sleep mode for more than 1 hour. Google has released an OS update that will resolve this issue. If you encounter this issue, follow the steps below, then update your Chrome OS to 107 or later to prevent it from happening again.

-> Plug in your Chromebook.

-> Press the Power + Refresh + Escape keys at the same time, and then release them.

-> Once your Chromebook powers on, update your Operating System.

Click on the oval in the bottom right corner of your screen.

->Click on the gear symbol

A window will open and on the left side, there will be a menu. ->Select About Chrome OS
