Parent Connection is a powerful tool for obtaining information about your child to ensure they are successful at school. You can review your student’s class schedule/teacher assignment, grades, attendance, and upcoming and missing assignments (middle school) at any time. You can also complete your back-to-school packet and update contact information or student emergency contacts.

Login with your email and district password
If you need to reset your password contact the front office where they can give you a pin to reset your password.

This video is of a student's Q (grades), but once you're on the Parent Portal, the same information applies.

In this video, we explain what you should look for when viewing your student's grades from the student portal.

Step 1: Ask your student to pull up their Q Student Portal in HelloID

Step 2: Click on “assignments” on the left side

Step 3: Make sure “Show All” is activated on the upper right corner

Step 4: Look for any assignments in RED because that is what your child is missing and has not turned in.

Step 5: Check for any comments that may be left by the teacher
