Connecticut Independent Schools Health Plan (CISHP) was established in 1993 to offer a health insurance program available to independent schools who are members of the Connecticut Association of Independent Schools (CAIS). Eligibility was updated due to ACA requirements that participating schools must have 51 or more eligible employees. Peter Gisolfi Associates was founded in 1976 by Peter Gisolfi, to offer services in architecture and landscape architecture. He started the firm with a total staff of four.
