WHO: Incoming 6th-12th grade students
WHERE: Cadott High School Weight Room (By the tunnel)
Session 1- 6:00 am-7:15 am
Session 2- 7:20 am-8:35 am
Session 3- 8:40 am-9:55 am
Session 4- 5:00 pm-7:00 pm
WHY: Increase Muscular Strength, Endurance, Flexibility, and Cardio while working toward improving specific sport skills.
