ON STAGE DRESS REHEARSAL

For the "On Stage Dress Rehearsal" you will come to the Cascade Theatre on Friday, December 19 at your designated time block.
The On-Stage Dress Rehearsal allows students in our Petite, Basic, Building, and Graded Technique Levels 1, 2, 1-2, and 2-3 to become familiar with the theater and feel comfortable with their performance and being on stage. Lighting, music cues, entrances, exits, formations, and all other logistics are rehearsed so the students have the best experience possible on stage. Each routine is given a specific time to rehearse on stage during their assigned time block. It is also an opportunity to wear their costumes and to ensure their tights, shoes, and hair are performance ready.
Dancers must arrive a minimum of 20 minutes prior to the start of their time block to check in.
Our On-Stage Dress Rehearsal is relaxed, yet organized and timely. This is a dress rehearsal. Students will arrive already dressed in their costume, including tights and shoes, with their hair done as designated on the costume page. They do not need to have on stage makeup. Students may leave once they are finished with rehearsing the class routine and their teacher dismisses them. If a student is in more than one performing class, it is recommended they stay at the theater until all their routines have rehearsed.
Videotaping and photography are allowed at this On-Stage Dress Rehearsal, but not at the Christmas Showcase. We appreciate your cooperation with this. A professional videographer records the shows; this allows families to sit back and enjoy the show to the fullest! The show videos are available for purchase. Please note that parking at the Cascade Theatre is limited and we are not allowed to park in any of the bank lots (US Bank, Umpqua, etc.) for the rehearsal. They have been known to tow vehicles so please do not park in their lots! Only use the designated parking areas. There is a paid lot behind the theatre. Click HERE for parking in the area.
