CADA Summer Leadership Camp
2023 Attendee Info Hub
Now that you have registered your school for 2023 Camp through CADA Central, here are your next steps:
Complete the ONLINE INFORMATION FORM (Form added April 26)
All students and adults participating in camp must complete this form by Friday, May 19, 2023.
REPLACEMENTS/SUBSTITUTIONS: If a replacement/substitute student or advisor will be participating: Email your school name, the name of the student to remove, and the name of the new attendee to camp@cadaboard.org. Have the new participant complete the Online Information Form as soon as possible.
For each attendee, bring TWO copies of the completed Medical Release & Policies Form, signed by parent/guardian:
English Version: Medical Release & Policies Form (added April 26)
Spanish Version: Medical Release & Policies Form (added April 26)
The following docs contain important information about what to bring to camp, times, and answers to frequently asked questions. Share with your students and other adult advisors the following documents: These Google Docs are shared publicly...if you can't view, log out of your school district Google account because your school district is blocking access.
-CODE OF CONDUCT & CAMP INFORMATION
We will be sending out reminders in the weeks and days leading up to camp (to students and advisors). Please make sure you've added noreply@rdmobile.com, camp@cada1.org, camp@cadaboard.org to your address book to ensure the emails reach your inbox. Students will also receive emails at the address they provide on their Online Student Information Form. Please remind them to add these addresses to their address books, too. It is recommended that students submit non-school email addresses to receive Camp communications (parent address is fine for students without non-school based emails).
