The Pembrokeshire based Ascona Group are intending to redevelop the site to bring new facilities and services to the local area. These include a new soft play centre, a drive-thru restaurant, a drive-thru coffee pod, a vehicle wash and valet area and electric vehicle charging. The development site is currently in the ownership of WP Lewis & Son, and the car sales and workshop business of WP Lewis & Son remains open and trading with business operating as usual.
