-The Owls Rock the Armory in NYC!!! It was great to see our athletes compete at the USATF Youth Championships in NY this past Monday. Here is a link to the event website. -PLEASE SHARE YOUR PICS & VIDS!!! If any of you have pictures or videos of our athletes at the last two meets we attended or from practices please share them with me @ colwellj@cacsd.org so I can upload them to the team website. I am also looking for someone to make and manage a team facebook page. If anyone is interested, please let me know.

• If you check the schedule, you will see that the first meet date has been changed. It is now Jan. 18th @ Union College. Here is a link to the details and registration info for the first meet. http://www.adirondack.usatf.org/Events/2019/2019-USATF-Adirondack-All-Comers-Indoor-Track---Fi.aspx We will be making decisions about which events each athlete will compete in this week. Keep in mind that this is a meet with limited events. Future meets will have more options for competition. If you have trouble registering, contact me and I can submit the registration as the club administrator.
