I was born and raised in sunny Tempe, Arizona. One of my favorite things is desert sunsets. From a young age I loved performing and creating theatre. My idea of fun as a kid was to write plays for my brother and I to perform for our parents. Even in my high school years I knew that I wanted to teach theatre and dance. I attended Harding University to earn my bachelor degree in Theatre & Oral Communications. I also met the love of my life, Ian Thomas, while in college. We married the summer after graduation and moved to Media, Pennsylvania to pursue higher education and teaching. After 3 years in PA, we moved to Little Rock and I started teaching and directing at CAC in 2010. Looking back over the years I'm grateful to have been a part of so many memories in the classroom and on stage. I'm so proud of every student who has been a part of the CAC Drama Department. In 2016, my husband joined the faculty at CAC. We have a four year old son, Milo, who is in PreK 4 at CAC. We also have a sweet dog named Meadow.
