1. Reliable internet connection: Verify that your home's internet connection is stable and reliable. If necessary, consider upgrading your plan or investing in a more modern router to ensure a consistent and fast connection. If internet speed is limited, try to limit use of the internet on other devices while your student is in class. If you are consistently experiencing issues, please try the troubleshooting steps in the link below, or contact your internet service provider:

Most likely, your device is connected to a network, but there is no Internet connection behind it. In most cases, it is an ISP/provider issue.
🔴 Offline: Internet is disconnected. LAN (Wi-Fi/Ethernet) may or may not work, but the Internet itself is unavailable.

Please note that if you are getting results of less than 20 Mbps Download or Upload speed from your device in the spot that your student uses to study, you may want to try moving the device closer to your Wi-Fi router and repeating the test.
If you are getting results of less than 10 Mbps Download or Upload speed, it may be best to reach out to your Internet Service Provider for troubleshooting and solutions.
