Medical Services
The clinic provides full-scope primary care including preventive health care, urgent medical care, chronic disease management, mental health services, and same-day appointments. Share Our Selves treats patients at all stages of life – pediatrics to geriatrics.
Dental Services
The SOS Dental Clinic serves the Orange County safety net population who are uninsured or underinsured and have little to no options for affordable dental care. SOS dental provides diagnostic, restorative, and preventive dentistry and focuses on preserving patients’ natural permanent teeth whenever possible. SOS also accepts walk-in patients for assessment of their dental emergencies. The Dental Clinic provides high-quality dental services five days a week.
Behavioral Health
Share Our Selves’ Behavioral Health Department provides competent and compassionate care to all SOS patients that is customized to address the unique concerns of each person. Common behavioral health concerns include depression, anger, anxiety, grief and loss, family conflict, relationship problems, school or work-related problems, difficulties coping with life transitions, issues related to substance abuse, difficulties coping with chronic physical illness or injury, stress due to occupational or financial concerns, and trauma and abuse.
Counseling services at SOS focus on the evaluation, treatment, and monitoring of the patient’s specific concerns within a short-term treatment approach. As part of the integrated behavioral health model, behavioral health providers are part of the patient’s health care team, working together with primary care providers to support a whole-person approach to wellness.
Pharmacy Services
Access to affordable medications is vital for patients to optimize their health in the face of urgent and chronic illnesses. The SOS pharmacy is a 340B pharmacy that can provide medications through a discounted price for patients who qualify for our sliding fee scale discount program. Our 340B program allows us to provide many costly medications that would otherwise be financially inaccessible to the clinic and to our patients.
Our Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM) Program is a one-on-one solution-based appointment with the clinical pharmacist that assists patients with their medications. Our focus is to improve patient understanding
