I will treat you with respect so that you will know how to treat me and others.  If you cause a problem, I will ask you to solve it.  If you can't solve the problem, or choose not to do so, I will do something.  What I will do will depend on the situation.  If you feel something is unfair, write me a note or whisper to me later, "I'm not sure that's fair" and we will talk.
