To check grades:
Visit infitecampus.com
Select grades from the menu
Click on subject (I.E. Art to view overall grade & assignments)
If there is an assignment missing (indicated with an "M" in infinite campus), then the student can make up the work as long as it is still within the same week.
Students are responsible for checking their grades, keeping up with assignments, & reaching out to Mrs. V regarding missing work or failing grades.
All missing assignments can be found by speaking with Mrs. V.
For students on extended trips/absences where students miss one or more rotations must submit a video of them doing something art related. Examples include, but are not limited to:
Going to an art galary or museum
Creating a work of art
Creating a collage about an artist they learn about
Interviewing an artist
Touring a facility that makes art supplies

To encourage responsibility and ensure timely feedback, late assignments will be subject to the following grade deductions:
10% deduction for work submitted 1 day late
20% deduction for work submitted 2 days late
30% deduction for work submitted 3 days late
40% deduction for work submitted 4 days late
50% deduction for work submitted 5 or more days late
Important:
Late work will not be accepted after the unit has ended, regardless of how many days late it is. It is the student’s responsibility to keep track of deadlines and communicate in advance if there are extenuating circumstances.
Challenge to Excellence applies percentages to establish an evaluative outcome that accurately reflects the progress of each student. Each teacher’s expectations will be clearly stated at the beginning of each year. The standard grading categories are assigned as follows:
40% = Assessments
30% = Projects / Labs / Papers
30% = Classwork / Homework
