Classroom Behavior Policies

Our goal is to create a classroom where students feel safe, respected, responsible, and ready to learn. We use positive reinforcement and teach students strategies for solving conflicts independently.

⭐ Positive Reinforcement: LEADERS Tickets

Students can earn LEADERS tickets when they demonstrate our school’s core values:

• L — Leadership: Lead by example and encourage others.

• E — Excellence: Try your best and continue to grow.

• A — Accountability: Take responsibility for your choices and actions.

• D — Discovery: Be curious, creative, and open to learning.

• E — Engagement: Participate and be an active member of our community.

• R — Respect: Treat yourself and others with kindness and respect.

• S — Service: Help others and take care of our school community.

📩 Incidents

If a significant behavior incident occurs during the school day, families will be notified by email or phone call.

The student may also complete a Think Sheet to reflect on what happened, identify better choices, and make a plan for next time. Think Sheets will be sent home for families to discuss and sign.
