What (Who) is C2CPabox?

C2CPabox is a personal shopping and consolidating service in the US to the PHL or anywhere in the world. We provide a free physical US address in the US to receive your orders.

We offer Shopping, Shipping and Consolidating Services.

We consolidate and ship your items to you, either by Sea or Air Cargo.

We can shop in-store for you (Costco, Trader Joe's, Outlet Shops, among others). We also help facilitate online shopping from online shops that doesn't accept international (foreign) credit cards, with a fee.

You don't need to fill the whole balikbayan box. We offer box sharing (consolidating). Your items will be boxed, and shipped to our office in Manila and will be shipped to you locally. You can also pick it up at our shop in Navotas.

Payment Information

Shopping Service requires full payment prior to shopping event, (purchase price * existing C2C exchange rate).

***Our exchange rate is different than the daily (actual market) rate, as it includes inflation, handling/shopper fees, taxes (if any).

Shipping Service requires full payment prior to ship out from the US, as your cargo goes straight to your doorsteps.

Consolidating Service requires at least 50% DP prior to ship out from US, and full payment upon arrival in MNL, no later than the day you want it delivered to your doorstep.

Payment Accepted (Mode of Payments)

Philippine Customers

Cash Deposit – BPI, BDO, Union Bank of the Philippines, RCBC, GCash, Paymaya

Credit Card and Paypal Payments – customer shall shoulder the 5% surcharge for processing and surcharge fees.

US Customers

Cash Payment – Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App

Credit Card and Paypal Payments - customer shall shoulder the 5% surcharge for processing and surcharge fees.

Handling Fee

Handling fee is the amount charged to the customer on top of the order total. It covers the cost of expenses related to the fulfilment of the order or service. It covers the following, but not limited to:

Labor – for receiving, unboxing/checking of items and repacking/consolidating.

Storage

Supplies – box, tape, label stickers and other packing materials (bubble wrap, paper wrap)

Transportation – fuel and parking (if any) for pick up and dropping off boxes.

Garbage fee – for trash (from bag fillers) and recyclable boxes (from your items)
