VIKTORIA

Hello, My name is Viktoria Mincheva and I am a Housing Support worker in the Suffolk Team at Cambridge Pringle Group since January 2025.

My role within CPG is to provide practical and emotional support to Residents to help them develop independent living skills, improve their wellbeing, and prepare for more independent accommodation if they wish. 

Responsibilities include creating and reviewing commitment plans, assisting with budgeting and daily tasks, promoting social inclusion, signposting to relevant services, ensuring a safe living environment, and working collaboratively with other professionals to meet Residents' needs.

Originally I am from Bulgaria, I have lived in England since the end of 2015. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology back in my country and I finished level 5 of art of Psychology in London.

I have experience in various areas of work. I worked as a teaching assistant and a post person before starting work at CPG.

I am a sociable person and outside of work, I love to travel, visit and explore new  places, dance traditional Bulgarian folk dances, and spend time with my family and friends.
