Users can request data deletion by sending an email to us at mealtrack-support@bytetric.com from the email with which the account was verified at the time of account creation. The mail should list the below required information/account details:
Note: Users can delete all the data related to their account in the app itself. Navigate to Setting Tab > Manage Account & Plan > Press "Delete Account and Data"
Required Information/Account Details:
Formal Full Name.
UDISE code of the school for which the account was registered.
Full Address of the School (as entered in the school Profile)
Departments run by the School (eg Pre-Primary, Primary, Upper-Primary)
Current roll of the Departments for which meals are served.
Type of data to be deleted:
If not using sync:Â
User Details only, such as User Name, UDISE Code, Contact Number
Delete Account (login credentials)
If using Sync:
User Details only, such as User Name, UDISE Code, Contact Number
