Parents and Students pay same rate and are considered travelers

Room of 4 ($1975 per traveler)

Room of 3 if needed ($2090 per traveler)

Room of 2 ($2740 per traveler/parent required in room)

Single Room ($3340 Parent only)

Important dates to remember are:

Oct 9: Student Information meeting (2:30 During Advisory)

Sunday Oct 12th.: Kick Off Student/Parent meeting 7PM HS *Very important changes being made so please be in attendance.  New payment plans and signup will be discussed.  Even if you have traveled before, please be in attendance.

Due Monday Oct 27th: 

$200 deposit (Online)

Oct. 27 2025:  200$ Deposit per Traveler

Jan. 26 2026:  500$ Payment per Traveler

March 7 2026:  500$ Payment per Traveler

April 6 2026:  500$ Payment per Traveler

May 21 2025:  Final Remaining Balance Due

Friday Jan. 9th: Tomb of the Unknown Soldier will be due - email/share to Mr. Finney 

One page paper, "What my country means to me." 

(Sunday May 10th 6-7:30PM): Final packing meeting in HS Auditorium. Please make sure to attend.  Final preparation and details will be shared along with packing! (7PM)

July 5 Departure: 3:00 Load/3:30AM Departure
