About Me

Ironically enough, I grew up in Byron, MN and graduated from Byron High School. I went to college in Steven's Point, WI and received my Bachelor's of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences with a minor in Health.

I enjoy everything outdoors and I am passionate about exercise and how nutrition can enhance performance.
