Have you rebooted your device?

Rebooting your device can fix many issues. Before you enter a ticket, make sure you have completely rebooted your machine.

Please NOTE: If you have any problems accessing materials within an online class (Moodle, Google Classroom, or SeeSaw) please communicate with your teacher.
