Before you begin please gather the following:

• Household information: address and phone numbers
• Parent information: cell and work phone numbers, email addresses
• Student information: health and medications
• Emergency contacts: phone numbers
• Kindergarten registration: birth certificate and completed immunization form

Resident families or Approved Open Enrolled families*- who are enrolling first child

Non Resident Families* - Open Enrollment application must be completed and approved before registering online

Complete this Open Enrollment form and submit to district office

Once your application has been SUBMITTED for enrollment into the Byron Public Schools, a staff member from the school will be in touch with you regarding your new enrollment.
