We are 914 Health Nav. 914 Health Nav is a project that addresses persistent health disparities across Westchester County, where access to affordable healthcare varies widely by community. We plan to create a free, user-friendly navigational website that helps underprivileged individuals locate nearby low-cost clinics, urgent care centers, and preventive health resources. In partnership with Neighbors Link, we will host educational workshops to teach community members how to use the website effectively. Additionally, we will organize a presentation to the parents of our school board of education to raise awareness and donations. Funds raised will support free first-aid kit training sessions and kit distribution for families served by Neighbors Link.
