Novium is a Chrome extension for Amazon sellers and agencies that combines four seller tools behind a single sign‑in:
SQP Intelligence — reads your Amazon Brand Analytics Search Query Performance report and turns it into a dashboard with multi‑period pivots, conversion metrics, and a "PPC Action Center" that groups keywords into actions (Double Down, Ranking, Visibility Push, Cut Spend, Improve CVR/CTR, Add to Listing, Opportunity).
Data Dive — keyword and competitor research for Amazon FBA: keyword pools, ranked‑keyword sets, niche overviews, and a Listing Builder.
PPC Audit Pro — audits Sponsored Products/Brands campaigns and surfaces ASIN opportunities, wasted spend, and export‑ready findings.
CVR Display — shows conversion‑rate context inline while you work.
The interface opens in Chrome's side panel. SQP and CVR run natively; PPC Audit and Data Dive open as full pages inside the suite.
Google Chrome (or a Chromium browser) with extension support.
An Amazon Seller Central / Brand Analytics account for the marketplace you sell in.
A Novium account (see Getting started).
Optional: a Google account if you want to export to Google Sheets/Drive, and an AI provider API key if you want AI analysis.
Install Novium from the Chrome Web Store and pin it if you like.
Click the Novium icon to open the side panel.
Create an account (name, email, password) or sign in.
New accounts are reviewed and approved by the administrator before tool access is granted. Until approval, you may see limited or no tools.
Once approved, the dashboard shows the tools your account is permitted to use. Each tool (Data Dive, SQP, PPC Audit, CVR) can be enabled per account.
Forgot your password? Use the Forgot password link on the sign‑in screen — it opens direct support channels (below) so the administrator can reset your access.
In Seller Central, open Brand Analytics → Search Query Performance for an ASIN or brand and choose your date range/view.
Use Novium's capture/scrape control to pull the on‑screen report.
Open the SQP Dashboard to see metrics, multi‑period pivots, and the PPC Action Center. Marketplace and currency are detected automatically from the report.
Run Analysis generates AI listing recommendations (optimized title, bullets, backend keywords, review insights, competitor SEO comparison) when an AI provider is configured.
Open Data Dive from the dashboard to research keywords and competitors, build keyword pools, and use the Listing Builder. Marketplace is detected from the imported data.
Open PPC Audit Pro, load your advertising data, and review the audit tabs (including ASIN Opportunities and PPC performance). Findings can be exported.
Shows conversion‑rate context inline as you browse supported Amazon pages.
Novium requests only what its features need:
sidePanel — the entire Novium UI runs in Chrome's side panel.
activeTab, scripting, tabs — to read the Amazon report/listing page you are viewing (SQP capture, listing details) and to open the suite's tool pages.
storage, unlimitedStorage — to cache your scraped reports and audit results locally in your browser so the dashboards load quickly.
declarativeNetRequest — request‑header rules required so the in‑suite tool pages can load and fetch the data they display.
identity + oauth2 (drive.file, spreadsheets) — optional Google sign‑in used only when you choose to export to your own Google Sheets/Drive.
Amazon host access (sellercentral.amazon.*, advertising.amazon.*, *.amazon.*) — to read your own Brand Analytics, listing, and advertising data on the pages you open, across all Amazon marketplaces.
script.google.com / script.googleusercontent.com — the secure sign‑in/account backend (a Google Apps Script web app) and Google Sheets export.
sheets.googleapis.com / www.googleapis.com — Google Sheets/Drive export.
AI provider hosts (generativelanguage.googleapis.com, api.openai.com, api.anthropic.com, api.deepseek.com) — used only for the optional "Run Analysis" features, and only with the provider/key you configure.
Your Amazon data stays in your browser. Scraped SQP reports and audit results are stored locally via Chrome storage on your device.
Account data. Your name, email, and a securely hashed password are stored in the developer's sign‑in backend solely to authenticate you and control tool access. Novium does not sell your data or show ads.
Google export is opt‑in. Google permissions are used only when you export to your own Sheets/Drive, using the limited drive.file scope (files the extension creates).
AI analysis is opt‑in. When you run an AI analysis, the relevant listing/keyword data is sent to the AI provider you configured (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or DeepSeek) to generate recommendations.
You can sign out at any time, which clears your local session and cached permissions.
I can't see any tools after signing in. Your account is awaiting administrator approval, or specific tools haven't been enabled for you yet. Contact support (below) to be approved or to request a tool.
The SQP "PPC Action Center" cards look empty. Make sure you captured the ASIN‑view Search Query Performance report (not just a partial view) and reopened the dashboard. Some cards are intentionally empty when your data has no keywords meeting that rule — e.g. "Improve CTR" stays empty when your click‑through is already healthy, and "Opportunity/Add to Listing" only show keywords where your ASIN has (near‑)zero impressions.
Marketplace or currency looks wrong. Marketplace and currency are auto‑detected from the report you imported. Re‑capture the report from the correct marketplace and reopen the tool.
AI "Run Analysis" does nothing. Configure a valid API key for your chosen AI provider in settings, then try again.
Google Sheets export isn't working. Complete the Google sign‑in prompt and grant the Sheets/Drive permission. A plain share link can't be read for data — export uses the Google API.
The toolbar/tab icon looks wrong. Reload the extension from chrome://extensions and open a fresh tab; Chrome caches icons per page URL.
