Teaching students about digital privacy (example: password privacy)
All staff and student sign the Acceptable Use Policy.
Educate new staff on local and national privacy policies.

Ensure digital subscriptions have an active Digital Privacy Agreement.
Outline and communicate a process that encourages educators to incorporate technology in such a way that ensures student data privacy.
Review the Acceptable Use Policy and Academic Integrity Code of Conduct policy to incorporate evolving technology.
Maintain and review new usage agreements to ensure student data privacy.
