Plagiarism

Plagiarism is not accepted or tolerated. I want YOUR work and to see YOUR learning. The following counts as plagiarism:

Copying and pasting from the internet
Copying another student’s work
Turning in an assignment similar to a classmate
Using AI-generated material

The following infractions will be imposed:

1st Time: 50% on Summative assignments (You can redo with after a teacher conference) or a 0/1 on a formative assignment (you cannot redo this assignment)
2nd Time: 0% with no opportunity to redo the assignment

Cell Phone Policy

Per our school's attendance policy this classroom is a NO PHONE ZONE. Phones will be put in the pocket by the door. If you are caught with your phone, the process will be as following:

STRIKE 1: Phone Jail for remainder of class
STRIKE 2: Phone Jail for remainder of day and email home
STRIKE 3: Sent Down to the Office
