Ultimate frisbee is an amazing sport that involves speed, endurance, athleticism, and an attitude of respect. It is perfect for players of other sports who want to try something different, or for people that want to put their athletic abilities to work in a team that supports developing individual character and skills. 

We have two seasons per year: fall (mixed teams) and spring (separate open and girl-matching teams). We welcome players of all levels and all genders.
