Meet The Teacher

Hi!

My name is Logan Soole, or Mr. Soole and I am the Physical Education teacher here at Douglass elementary. First off, I just want to say thank you for being so welcoming! I have loved getting to know your students, and thankful to be in such a great school and community.

About Me

PE has always been a passion of mine, especially since I grew up as an athlete in Colorado. Born and raised in Boulder County, I attended BVSD schools through high school. During that time is when I saw what kind of positive impact a great physical education teacher has on a school and community. I was a multi-sport athlete in high school and went on to play professional baseball for two years in the Arizona Diamondbacks organization. Following that, I played baseball collegiality for four years as well. Playing sports at every level has given me a passion and knowledge to provide opportunity for every student that steps foot in my gym. I hope that each student can have a positive association with PE, and the information taught can help them be healthy and active for a lifetime.
