Our 2022 Fundraiser is from 10/12-10/26/2022!

Here is the info that was sent home:

Good morning!

Did you know that the Casey Band Program provides over 75 instruments for students to use at school and at home? Without this fleet of instruments, many students couldn't participate! Each year, we spend thousands repairing, cleaning and purchasing new instruments for students to enjoy. We could use your help continuing to provide these experiences for ALL students!

We will be launching our annual fundraiser TODAY, Oct. 12th! This year we are selling mainly cookie dough BUT there is an online store with hundreds of other fantastic options (candles, jewelry, popcorn, etc.). Go to shopfund.com to see all the amazing offerings.

A couple of things to keep in mind:

-Students can create an account to "share" the fundraiser digitally by going to "fundprizes.com" and creating a login/password. They will need to enter the school and their music teacher's name.

- We know that fundraisers might not be everyone's favorite thing, so we are happy to accept your direct donations instead! If someone would prefer to donate money, they can donate any amount on our RevTrack site: https://bvsd.revtrak.net/elementary-schools/elementary-schools-g-z/cam/cam-additional-items-and-events/#/v/cam-music-department-fundraiser OR write a check to Casey Middle School (subject "band donation"). This way, the full donation will go to our programs. Please feel free to contact your music teacher if you would like to have your donation count towards prizes. Please send donations directly to this link and NOT to the shopfund website. This ensures that all funds go directly to the band!

- Anything bought online can be sent directly to your house EXCEPT for any frozen foods- any order containing frozen food items will be sent to Casey Middle where your student will be responsible for the delivery.

-We are asking for all orders to be turned in on 10/26.

-We are expecting orders to be delivered to Casey Middle School just after Thanksgiving Break!

- All the money raised goes towards the music classes to help us purchase new instruments, cover repair costs, fund field trip scholarships, bring in guest artists, and other cool opportunities!
