The tools for managing passwords are accessed from the Single Sign-On Portal at my.bvsd.org, including a "forgot password" link.

To manage your password, go to Student, Family and Community Technical Resources:
Select General IT Support
Select Password Manager (Single Sign-On Portal)
Use the instructions to enroll, re-enroll, change password, or reset password:
Enroll - Enrollment happens automatically the first time you login to the Single Sign-On Portal
Re-Enroll - Use this to change your verification information
Change Password - Use this if you know your current password, and you need to change it
Reset Password - Use this if you don’t know your current password or if your password has expired. You can reset your password by answering two verification questions, entering your pin, or receiving an email at your personal email address.
