Out of School Hours

To log your out of school hours please follow the directions below:

1. Open the following google sheet Out of School Hours

2. Make a copy of the sheet

• • Click "file"

  • Click "make a copy"

  • Change title of sheet to 'LastName FirstName BAFP Out of School Hours'

3. Share the sheet with your Teacher Mentor

4. Log your hours on this sheet throughout your time in BAFP

• • This document will represent all four years of your participation within this program. 

Please Note: 50 of your 100 hours MUST come from out-of-school artistic endeavors.
