Ultimate frisbee is a sport that combines speed, grace, and throwing ability with an attitude of respect and inclusion. If you are looking to try something new, or have played other sports before, come out to practice and join us!
We have two seasons per year: fall (mixed team) and spring (separate open and girl-matching teams). All of our teams are competitive during league and tournaments, but we welcome new players with no previous experience. We take pride in our teams being fun and inclusive for all our players.

Practices are held at North Boulder Park on Monday/Tuesday/Thursday from 4:30 - 6:30 PM. You can take the SKIP bus from Boulder High directly to North Boulder Park. There is optional practice Saturday mornings from 10 - 12 AM.
For practice, players should bring:
Comfortable athletic clothing (& layers, rain jackets, etc.). Remember, Colorado weather changes fast). Bring white AND dark jerseys or t-shirts. (Avoid confusion and don't bring a light grey shirt).

Full 1-liter water bottle. You may want to bring two water bottles for hot days and games/tournaments.
A snack (banana/fruit/energy bar/etc.) if you want for games and practice. For tournaments, you should bring snacks and a light lunch.
