Meet the Counselors

Ali Figurin has been blessed to have been involved in many areas of the education industry as a teacher, coach, and counselor for over two decades. She worked with Universal Dance Association for many years in numerous roles such as instructing college dance teams, head camp instructor, and regional representative. Ali was at the University of Colorado for several years serving as the Head Coach of the spirit program. Ali holds a BS in Kinesiology, and a MS in Counseling.  

Christina McCann received her Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education from the University of Colorado (Denver) and her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado (Boulder).  She has been working with students and parents within the Boulder Valley School District for over 20 years. She is passionate about helping students connect their strengths and interests to their potential career paths.

In her free time, Christina enjoys working in her garden, taking pictures, playing pickleball, and spending time with her boys. If you stop by her office, you will see that she has a minor obsession with Minions.
