Delivered an expert session (Offline) in the training on 31st January 2023 Tuesday on “Design Aspects for Forging”. The Siemens CoE for Industrial Automation, Faculty of Technology, M S University of Baroda is conducting this training program for GETs of LTTS Ltd., Vadodara.

Delivered an expert talk (Offline) on Manufacturing Processes – Design Considerations in Forging” to the GETs (fresh recruited Mechanical Engineers) of L & T Technology Services organized by Siemens Centre of Excellence for Industry Automation, Faculty of Technology and Engineering, The M S University of Baroda on 8th November 2022. 

Delivered an online Expert Lecture on "Manufacturing Processes – Welding and Forging" in the training on GENESIS onsite-Mechanical Track on 15th September 2022. This training session is organized by Global Engineering Academy with the collaboration of Siemens Centre of Excellence for Industry Automation, Faculty of Technology and Engineering, M S University of Baroda. 

Delivered online Expert Lecture in the training session on "Manufacturing Processes - Characteristics of Forged Components" on 2nd and 4th May 2022 to the batch of LTTS Interns. This training session is organized by Siemens Centre of Excellence for Industry Automation, Faculty of Technology and Engineering, the M S University of Baroda

Delivered expert talk on "Experimental investigations on magnetic field-air/gas assisted electrical discharge machining" on 26th February 2019 at GUJCOST sponsored national workshop on "Hands on practice on non-conventional machining process" during 25-26 Fabruary, 2019 organized by Mechanical Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Sankalchand Patel College of Engineering, Visnagar, Gujarat.

Delivered an expert talk in the TEQIP-1 sponsored one week (5 days) short term training programme on “Manufacturing process modeling & simulation” on 8/1/2014 organized by Department of Production Engineering, Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya from 6/1/2014 to 10/1/2014.

A research paper on "Implementation of lean practices in water heater manufacturing industry" secured 1st position in the track of Manufacturing Processes in the International Conference & Exposition on Mechanical, Material and Manufacturing Technology (ICE3MT2020) held at CVR College of Engineering, Hyderabad, during 9-10, October, 2020 .

A research paper on "Fixture development for door manufacturing in water heater and lean production in small scale industries" secured 2nd position in the track of Mechanical and Production Engineering in the 2nd  International conference (digital) on research and innovations in Science, Engineering and Technology (ICRISAT-2020)  held at Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya, Vallabh Vidyanager during 4-5 September, 2020.

Developed the Abrasive flow finishing process setu

Developed the Magnetic field-Air/Gas assisted Electrical Discharge Machining Process during the Ph.D. under the supervision of Prof. Pulak Pandey at IIT Delhi, Delhi.

Developed the Magneto-rheological Finishing Tool in the SFRF program under the supervision of Dr. Sunil Jha at IIT Delhi, Delhi.

Developed the state of art  Laboratory of Metal Forming Processes in the BVM central workshop.

Developed the Incremental Forming Setup on Vertical Machining Center in the student project at Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya.

Developed the Tabletop Abrasive Jet Machine in the student project at Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya.
