The Baker High School Acceptance Coalition is a community of individuals gathering around the values of acceptance, support, and awareness.

Acceptance, to us, means that we will receive and celebrate all types of people for everything they are.

Support means to be empathetic and open minded regardless of the situation.  It means being there for others and backing them up.

Awareness is trying to broaden your perspectives and realizing that you don't have all the answers.  It's taking notice of issues regarding our society and speaking out for ourselves and others.

We, the Acceptance Coalition dedicate ourselves to these causes; educating ourselves and our community in the knowledge that we can and will try to the best of our abilities to make the difference we wish to see in the world.
