New! Event Pre-Registration

If you have previously checked in with your ID for a visitor badge, you are now eligible to pre-register to attend BVCS events. 

How it works:

• Follow link to our event registration page.

• Choose the event you are planning on attending and complete the registration form

• Bring ID to pick up your pre-printed badge in the office.

Pre-registration for events will open about 2 weeks prior to the event and will close 24 hours before the start of the event.  

Have not scanned your ID in the office before? or Missed the event pre-registration window?  You can still visit the office on the day of the event to scan in and receive a badge.  If you have questions, contact the office at (209)527-3481.
