Why can't I redeem?

Hey there, we have been getting emails from some of you experiencing issues in redemptions because you cannot confirm your account. Your account must be confirmed and linked to your redemption email especially if those two are different.

Please make sure that the email account you used to sign up to Slidejoy is an actually existing email account.

If you used your Facebook account to use Slidejoy, then please check the email account you used to sign up to Facebook.

If you're sure all your email accounts are valid, look in your inbox and perhaps even your spam box and search for Slidejoy, app@getslidejoy.com, or "Here's your email confirmation link" for the confirmation email. If you find it, click on the link to confirm that you want to receive the redemption. Then you will need to request a redemption again once more, and things should run smoothly from there!

Redemption Instructions

1) Remember you can only redeem when you have more than 2000 carats. The earnings you earned will become available on the 14th of April.


2) Please make sure you have redeem until the 30th of April with the redemption options available on Slidejoy. There are no other options that we can provide for your carats, and after the 30th of April we will NOT be helping with any redemptions.


3) If your Exchange tab does not show any options available for redemptions, it is because we don't officially service your country in the first place - if this is the case, you should not be using Slidejoy and you will not be able to exchange carats.


4) For redemptions, your account must be confirmed, so please double check. :)

Hey there,


Firstly, we would like to thank you for all the support and love you have given Slidejoy throughout the years. This letter is to inform you of our decision to withdraw all Slidejoy products and services in all non-US countries as of 1st May 2020. No alternative products or services are available.


Unfortunately, it has come to our attention that our service quality could not meet our users' demands due to the lack of digital advertisements and offers in your country. As much as we would love to continue our product and service, it is impossible to do so if we cannot find high quality advertisements and offers, because that is how we send out rewards to you every day so you can exchange them into gift cards.


Please take note of the dates below for instructions on your remaining balance;


18th of April (UTC):

1) You will be able to earn carats by using our lockscreen, offers and scratches until this date. After the 18th, we will stop all reward services.

2) Your remaining carats will be available for exchange, so please go to the Exchange tab to change the gift cards. (Please note, the usual rules apply, you need at least 2000 carats to exchange them into gift cards)


1st May (UTC)

All users' remaining rewards will be terminated and we will delete all your personal data for safety.


Although we will be reminding you of these dates, please make sure you spend your remaining carats at the Exchange tab.
