Meet at the Maud S. Canyon trailhead
Mass at 7:30 AM at the trailhead. We will hike right after Mass.
Hike
Maud S. Canyon trailhead to Lady of the Rockies and back to Maud S. Canyon trailhead
~12 km out and ~12 km back; total ~24 km (~6.5mi out and ~6.5 mi back; total ~13 mi)
Directions: Take I-90 Continental Divide Exit #228, and turn east on Mt. Highland Dr and then north on Saddle Rock Rd. You'll see the Maud S. trailhead sign and parking area to your left.
Description: Steep climb on single-track to the top of the Continental Divide, then follow the CDT on a rolling terrain, eventually passing below, and east of, the Lady. Footing is good but with the normal rocks, roots, and ruts. After passing below the Lady, the route splits away from the CDT and climbs steeply to the access road to the Lady. Turn south (left) on the gated road back to the Lady.

Make sure to have good shoes
The Summit team will be chaperoning the youth all are who want to do the hike are welcome.

The hike is still on we will have the mass at the trailhead after the mass if you feel it is prudent to hike you may or you have the option of taking the bus there are about 10 spots open, they will meet at the mall at 9:30am if your going contact Antony at Anthonyolmes@gmail.com.
