I was the project lead for our Hyper-V lab, where I learned to create, configure, and use virtual machines, virtual switches, and Hyper-V. I then had to tech the rest of the class to do the same.
This project helped develop my problem solving skills, because there were a lot of very specific issues with configuration. I solved these issues and documented the fix.
I was the project lead for the Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) lab. I again learned to create and configure an active directory domain, and taught the rest of the class to do this.
This project helped me develop my teamwork and teaching skills, as I had to work with people who didn't really know what they were doing. At the end, everyone had completed the project successfully.
