My name is Reagan Okutoyi, a Kenyan Electrical Engineering professional specializing in Electrical Power Engineering. I am a dedicated TVET Trainer at Butere Technical Training Institute, where I am committed to imparting practical and technical skills to trainees in the electrical engineering field.

In addition to my training responsibilities, I currently serve as a TVET CDACC Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) Verifier and a Supervisor for CDACC Written Assessments. Through these roles, I contribute to the quality assurance, assessment, verification, and competency development processes within Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).

My professional interests include electrical power systems, electrical installations, renewable energy, technical training, competency-based education and assessment, and skills development. I am passionate about promoting quality technical education and equipping learners with practical skills relevant to the modern electrical engineering industry.
