Burwell High School Principal, Mr. Adam Stolzer, was presented with an Award of Excellence by Board President Randy Dobbins at the Monday, February 12, meeting of the Board of Trustees. This award is given by the Nebraska Council of School Administrators in collaboration with the Nebraska Association of Elementary School Principals that represents grades K-8, to honor principals who are seen as making education come alive for children. The award was specifically given based on the unique idea with the implementation of Longhorn Support days, as a way to positively reinforce students on being in class on time every day. Congratulations to Mr. Stolzer on this accomplishment.

BHS Principal, Adam Stolzer, was honored by the Nebraska Schoolmasters Club at their Spring Event on March 18th in Kearney, Nebraska. The Schoolmasters Club is a professional organization for school administrators that has existed since 1898. Mr. Stolzer was recognized for his outstanding leadership at Burwell High School.
