Stress and the teenage brain...

Being a teenager has its ups and downs.  Stress can effect your mind and body in many ways.  All too often we see teenagers deal with stress in manners that have lasting negative effects on themselves and those around them.  If things become overwhelming to where you can't seem to make life easier for yourself, seek out help.  Talk to your parents, trusted friend, and or teacher/school counselor.  Staying healthy mentally makes you a stronger and more confident individual.
